This Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") governs the terms on which you access and use this Website. This Agreement includes and incorporates by this reference, the policies and guidelines referenced below. Please read this Agreement carefully. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is solely a channel partner of such real estate developers/builders and does not have any right, title and/or interest in any property listed on this Website, and does not develop or construct any property listed on this Website. The pictures / photos / visuals / videos shown here include artist’s impression of the property being displayed and have been provided by the developers/builders. The actual properties may vary from such representations. Further pictures/photos/ representations of furniture and fixtures, surroundings, roads etc. are merely illustrative and shall not be construed to be available with the listed properties.

You acknowledge and accept that certain additional terms and conditions may apply to purchasing or making investments in the real estate properties listed on the Website and provided elsewhere on the Website. Further, you acknowledge and accept that any advertisements pertaining to any commercials, monetary benefits not limited to any assurances are for illustrative purposes only and will be subject to market risks. (xvii). reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website.

You shall solely be responsible for maintaining the necessary computer equipment and internet connections that may be required to access, use, and transact on the Website.

ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third-party claim, with counsel of ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED’s choice at its expense. ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense. You will have sole responsibility to defend ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED against any claim covered under this clause, but you must receive ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED’s prior written consent regarding any related settlement. The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement or your use of the Website.

In no event shall ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, representatives and assigns, be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your use of or access to the Website or Content. VIII. GENERAL

Violation of the Agreement. If ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED takes any legal action against you as a result of your violation of this Agreement, they will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay,not limited to the legal expenses and all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief that may be granted.

Force Majeure. ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to, earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, telecommunication network disruption, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, lock down, curfew, epidemic or pandemic.

Cessation of Operation. ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.

Waiver and Severability. The failure of ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Governing Law; Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. By accessing or using this Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement.

Statute of Limitation. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or the Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Termination. ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that (a) you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy; (b) ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Website or Services to You is, or becomes, unlawful or upon receiving request for termination by law enforcement or other government agencies); or (c) the provision of the Website or Services to You is, in the opinion of ZEASSETZ SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, in any way detrimental to it, its business or the Website.
